Village TIF District # 3 - Green Park/Eco-Industrial Park
Property Available for Commercial/Industrial Development

In 2009 the Village purchased a 40 acre lot along Hwy. 63 South and Cemetery Road on the West side of the Village limits.  This property is part of the new TIF District and Green Park/Eco-Industrial Park.  Currently, the Planning Commission is working towards preparing guidelines for this area in order to satisfy a status of "green" whether it be commercial or industrial business development.

For more information regarding the TIF District, which extends beyond the 40 acres and along Industrial Avenue, or available property, please contact Village Administrator, Gary R. Hanson, CPM at (715) 986-2134 or admin@turtlelakewi.com
