Hunt Hill Audubon Sanctuary

We are a nonprofit nature sanctuary dedicated to connecting people to the environment. Our facility boasts some of the most beautiful and unique habitats found in Wisconsin: bogs, old growth forests, meadow and 2 glacial lakes!

In addition to our beautiful natural surroundings, we offer a wide variety of opportunities for our guests. In the spring and fall we host many local school groups. In the summer we have Adult Residential and Youth Day Camps and our nature store can be opened upon request!

For those looking for a day visit, we have approximately 10 miles of hiking trails that are open and free of charge to the general public.

We also offer a wide range of day programs for visitors of all ages. Programs like Cakes at the Lake, Winter Soup Lunches and naturalist-led hikes can add more to your next visit. Choose to spend the night in one of our historic cabins and make it a weekend.
