Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is home to ASI’s premium
Parmesan, Romano and Asiago production. Each wheel is
made following time-tested, traditional techniques in
special vats, including copper kettles. The cheese is
aged up to 24 months, producing high quality, flavorful
products that rival traditional Italian favorites. LCD
also makes handcrafted, award winning Cello Mascarpone
that has been recognized as one of the best domestically
produced mascarpone cheeses in the marketplace.
